Position: Network Development Analyst
Location: RAF Molesworth
Clearance: TS/SCI
Job Description:
Mission Essential is seeking a skilled Network Development Analyst to support critical intelligence operations at RAF Molesworth, UK. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact national security missions by delivering in-depth all-source analysis and actionable intelligence to senior U.S. and allied decision-makers.
Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment.
· Identify and integrate new data sources to enhance understanding of complex operational environments.
· Develop effective queries and synthesize data from multiple sources to support mission analysis.
· Validate information using established tradecraft and analytical methodologies.
· Produce timely, high-quality intelligence assessments for senior policymakers and Department of Defense (DoD) leadership.
· Apply expertise in all-source intelligence to assess military capabilities, strategies, and political-military developments within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
· Use structured analytical techniques to support intelligence production and decision-making.
· Collaborate with fellow analysts to develop and refine analytic methodologies, share best practices, and continuously improve tradecraft.
· Produce a range of intelligence products, from actionable leads to complex written assessments and briefings tailored to tactical, operational, and strategic audiences.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Experience:
· Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments
· Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis
· Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON
· Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients, including tactical to strategic levels such as actionable leads
· Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
· Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
· AA or AS degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, BA or BS degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or 10+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have:
· Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
· Experience analyzing issues related to supply chain
Desired Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in international Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies or National Security Studies preferred; Master's degree in international Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus?
· Knowledge of the targeting life cycle, such as a target network profile course
