Title: Executive Assistant
Note: This position is contingent upon Government approval.
Job Description
We are seeking a team member with project management experience to support a research project portfolio at DARPA in Arlington, VA.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide onsite support to the program manager in the tracking and execution of multiple performers.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have prior experience in project management and strong communication skills.
100% onsite with flexible work schedule through occasional remote telework and/or alternative work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive type support to the program manager.
- Organize and manage operations of onsite and remote staff.
- Develop presentations and background materials using the MS Office Suite.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong organization skills, proactive with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
- Flexible and readily adaptable to change.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience directly supporting a project manager at DARPA.
- Familiarity with DARPA.
