Job Description:
* Lead the upgrade of PLM enterprise systems from ENOVIA 2013x to 3DX 2025x, ensuring successful implementation by 2027.
* Mentor Project Managers to align departmental goals, schedules, and deliverables.
* Drive successful delivery of complex IT projects on time, within budget, and compliant with company processes.
* Independently manage engineering projects and solutions, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and quality metrics.
* Control project scope and enforce change management processes.
* Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
* Ensure adherence to Bell's system development life cycle (SDLC) and quality processes.
* Initiate projects by defining scope, objectives, teams, and high-level requirements.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
* Optimize resource management and project delivery processes.
* Implement strategies for continuous PLM upgrades and application lifecycle improvements.
* Enhance cross-functional coordination with IT teams and business units.
* Advance portfolio management practices for prioritization and performance tracking.
* Apply SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies tailored to aerospace and defense IT programs.
Position Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
* Proven track record managing large-scale IT projects.
* Hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks, preferably in aerospace and defense.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with project management tools and standard IT processes.
* Professional certification such as PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
* Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong cross-department collaboration and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
