ServiceNow Deputy Program Manager
Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the governments Enterprise ServiceNow Platform and Project Management in the event that the ServiceNow Sr. Program Manager is not available. This role involves coordinating with various government officials, managing resources, managing weekly ServiceNow Deployments, collaborating with other government consultants and ensuring successful management of the overall ServiceNow program, project completion, operations within the given timeframe and budgeted contract agreements.

ServiceNow Deputy Program Manager
Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the governments Enterprise ServiceNow Platform and Project Management in the event that the ServiceNow Sr. Program Manager is not available. This role involves coordinating with various government officials, managing resources, managing weekly ServiceNow Deployments, collaborating with other government consultants and ensuring successful management of the overall ServiceNow program, project completion, operations within the given timeframe and budgeted contract agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Implementation: Manage multiple ServiceNow capability projects across the federal customers ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Enterprise Platform: Management of overall ServiceNow Enterprise Platform operations,
- ServiceNow Solutions Professional: Provide federal customers with solutions for ServiceNow capabilities such as: ITSM, SPM (Demand, PPM, Agile and Test 2.0) Security Operations, ITAM Asset Management, CMDB, Now Assist Generative, ITIL best practices, and Project Management Office.
- Program Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive Program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and other day-to-day activities for site.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with named stakeholders to define Program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain regular communications to update on Program progress and address any issues as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout Program and resource teams to develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Change and Release Management: Lead all change and release management processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate program team and leads, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on progress, any challenges, and solutions in daily, weekly, or monthly meetings.
- Budget Management: Oversee Program contract budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Continuous Service Improvement (CSI): Implement best practices using ITIL and ITSM processes and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project and program delivery and outcomes.
- ServiceNow Team Training Plan: Manage the team's training plan and determine areas for ServiceNow training in collaboration with the team and government stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Process Documentation: Develop and collaborate with the team to update all ServiceNow Operations, project, governance, training, user guides, demo videos, communications, and artifacts pertaining to the overall program.

- Organization and Time Management: Ability to organize follow-up on all Program related tasks whether ServiceNow project or operations related. Ensure that the program team members are also updating the program reporting, sending meeting minutes, actions and that those are followed through to closure.
- Budget Management: Oversee Program federal contract budgets such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrates expertise in the use of the ServiceNow capabilities, functionality, and overall management of a ServiceNow Enterprise wide platform supporting 2,000 + government agency staff members
- Expert organization skills to manage multiple projects, operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience of demonstrated experience as a Deputy or Program Manager.
- Master's degree in an IT related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in supporting and briefing Government senior executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing ServiceNow operations for an Enterprise wide platform.
- Demonstrated successful management and supervision of 25+ employees and over 4,000 customers.
- Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL V4 Foundations, ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Implementation Specialist certifications.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple priority and changes in priorities in an everchanging environment.
- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
