Qualifications:
  • Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Five years of experience in aerospace

We require a mechanical inspector to work in our receiving inspection department. They should be experienced in reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and proficient in using common measuring devices like calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators. They will also be required to enter inspection data into our inspection database. Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to sit for extended periods. Strong focus, prioritization skills, and teamwork abilities are preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Preferred: Experience in inspecting specific standards like IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum and/or NASA 8739.4 are preferred but not required. Familiarity with GD&T is also desired.
