T-Rex is looking for a fully cleared Target Systems Analyst 2 to work on a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area in support of the Intelligence Community.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with a team of developers to better understand the technology and understand requirements related to data and collection activities with the ability to report results to the customer. Responsible for being the liaison with operations to meet requirements and assess any data and outcomes resulting from operational activities. Responsible for working across and coordinating with multiple teams of developers and analysts to meet task order needs.
- Researching and analyzing information to define or refine mission requirements
- Developing information that will identify gaps in the strategic plan and technical baseline
- Producing clear and concise briefing materials
- Providing detailed expertise for the selected problem task given for a specific problem area
- Analyzing requirements and development strategies from the basis of expert knowledge and provide opinions of feasibility and alternate solutions, where applicable
- Understanding of computer, network, and microprocessor fundamentals
- Understanding of cyber and analysis fundamentals
- Ten (10) years' experience as a TSA, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Must have an applicable Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or a directly related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
