Insider Threat User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer

Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
Support the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities. Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise. Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved. Help the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates. Support all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline. Support training as directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and (8)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (6)+ years of prior relevant experience
Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
Experience with Everfox UAM.
Experience with G2CP system updates and U9/10 client packaging for deployment.
Experience with the User Activity Monitoring products and platform
Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management
Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platform
