Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an Analytics Practitioner with a focus on data visualization and reporting to support a federal education client. In this role, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that inform key decisions and drive measurable outcomes across the organization.
What You'll Do
As an Analytics Practitioner, you will:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel.
- Support dashboard design and storytelling to ensure analytical findings are easily understood by diverse audiences.
- Develop reports that summarize analytical findings and provide recommendations for business and policy decisions.
- Clean, manipulate, and prepare large datasets for use in visual and analytical products.
- Work with SQL and statistical tools (e.g., R, SPSS) to extract and analyze data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment, participating in sprint planning, testing, and review sessions.
Schedule, Salary & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid in Washington, D.C.; support during East Coast business hours
- Salary: 120k
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required (Dual Citizens acceptable)
- Public Trust clearance required or higher
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or business intelligence
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Data Modeling - 1-2 years
- Applied Machine Learning - 1-2 years
- Data Visualization - 1-2 years
