What You'll Do
As a Business Process Architect, you will:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Design new business process models that align with strategic and operational goals.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements, use cases, and workflows.
- Conduct user and task analysis to ensure process designs reflect real business needs.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between technical and functional teams.
- Develop clear documentation and process maps that support system implementation and adoption.
Schedule, Salary & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid in Washington, D.C.; support during East Coast business hours
- Salary 125-130k
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required (Dual Citizens acceptable)
- Public Trust clearance required or higher
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process design, or enterprise transformation
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Functional Requirements Analysis - 3-5 years
- SQL Database Queries - 3-5 years
- Business Process Design - 3-5 years
