Position Summary
Tria is launching an exciting Salesforce Developer Apprenticeship Program designed to prepare aspiring professionals for associate level careers in Salesforce development.
This immersive, hands-on apprenticeship will provide structured training, mentorship, and real-world project experience to help participants build the technical and professional skills required to become an Associate Salesforce Developer at Tria upon successful completion of the program.
Program Overview
The program blends classroom-style learning, Trailhead modules, and direct shadowing of experienced Salesforce engineers and analysts. Apprentices will gain a deep understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, development best practices, and the soft skills necessary to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

- Duration: 3 months (structured learning + applied project work)
- Format: Hybrid model (virtual learning, mentorship, and occasional in-person workshops)
- Outcome: Upon successful completion, apprentices will be considered for full-time Associate Salesforce Developer roles at Tria.

Basic Requirements
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen of United States
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
- Strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in any field OR equivalent practical experience (including non-technical backgrounds).
- Prior programming experience is required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Curious, motivated, and passionate about launching a career in Salesforce development.
- Open to learning both technical skills (such as Apex, JavaScript, and declarative Salesforce tools) and professional skills (such as teamwork, Agile, and communication).
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments.
- Committed to completing the program and pursuing a career in technology.
Program Highlights
- Foundational Training: Salesforce basics, programming concepts, declarative tools, and introduction to Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-On Projects: Apprentices will work on guided exercises and real-world scenarios to apply their learning.
- Mentorship: Dedicated mentors and peer support to guide learning and career development.
- Certifications: Support to pursue Salesforce certifications.
- Career Pathway: Successful apprentices will transition into Tria's Associate Salesforce Developer roles with opportunities to grow toward mid-level engineering positions within 2-3 years.
Responsibilities (During Apprenticeship)
- Complete structured learning modules and hands-on labs.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and customization tasks under supervision.
- Shadow experienced developers in coding, debugging, and testing.
- Participate in team ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, and reviews).
- Contribute to collaborative project work to demonstrate readiness for full-time roles.
