As the DPAS Administrator, you will administer the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse Management Module and related activities. This includes managing asset lifecycles, individual and unit issuing, inventory replenishment, material movements, and physical inventories.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Administer the DPAS Warehouse Management Module and oversee related activities, including asset lifecycle management, individual and unit issuing, inventory replenishment, material movements, and physical inventories.
- Receive and separate incoming materials, process them for distribution to customers, and accurately update the property database to ensure proper reporting of stock control functions.
- Analyze and assemble pertinent data from the system to create supply management reports.
- Create and manage various Army supply documents to ensure accountability of all materials in accordance with Army regulations and procedures.
- Maintain and update the Warehouse Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and develop/implement material storage methodologies for efficient stock picking and storage.
- Maintain Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) documentation in accordance with Army regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with local shipping agencies to ensure proper transportation of materials.
- Interface with program stakeholders to correct material deficiencies, prioritize shipments, and allocate available storage space.
- Receive, inspect, inventory, load, unload, segregate, store, issue, deliver, and turn in excess material and property.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer engineering, information science, computer science, or a related field.
- 1+ Year of Experience working with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong analytical and data assembly skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Army regulations and procedures is a plus.
