Summary

DAS Services is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The selected candidate will assist senior staff in the analysis, coordination, and integration of supply chain and logistics management activities across assigned Army acquisition and sustainment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Supply Chain Integrators in monitoring supply chain performance and integration within assigned acquisition portfolios.
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating program milestones, deliverables, and logistics activities to ensure compliance with established Army and DoD policies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making, identify performance trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Leverage data analytic tools to assess program or project performance and prepare reports for leadership review.
  • Support the preparation of briefings, presentations, and documentation related to program status, risk assessments, and action item tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and program management offices to ensure synchronization of supply chain and sustainment activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with DoD documentation and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the last 4 years supporting DoD, Army, or government programs in logistics, analytical, or program management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, performance metrics, and statistical methods used to assess program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Army logistics systems or data visualization tools is a plus.
