As a defense mission analyst, you'll bring your tactical and DOTMLPF expertise to work on projects in operational requirements development for the client . You'll plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client's operating force, identify needed capabilities, and determine requirements to satisfy the needs and capabilities. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes. You'll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for the DoD.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience planning and c ond ucting live force training and operations within range facilities across the DoD enterprise
• Experience guiding staff throughout the planning and execution process, ensuring that required data collection, reports, and assessments are compiled and delivered into final technical reports that inform all future planning events
• Experience advising on tactical employment of weapon s systems organic to an infantry battalion
• Experience managing planning and training across the DOTMLFP-P spectrum
• Ability to interact with planning teams and coordinate actions required to integrate and execute requirements into training events while developing and refining the standard operating procedures ( SOP ) that guide execution
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as an Operations Chief at the Battalion level or higher
• Knowledge of acquisition and research and development policies and processes
• Ability to participate in planning teams with unfamiliar subject matter
• Ability to problem-solve to help groups come to a consensus to meet mission objectives

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
