Responsibilities
As an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect on our team, you will maintain an efficient and cost-effective migration of data, applications, and other technologies from an on-premise platform to a cloud-based infrastructure.
- Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conducting risk assessments
- Identifying technical requirements
- Managing project timelines
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment
- Working with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration
- Providing post-migration support and address any issues that arise.
- Documenting configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
- Implement security and compliance policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
- Ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Requirements
Technical skills:
- Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Terraform
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Cloud Architecture
- Cloud Security
- PowerShell
- Python

Preferred Requirements
- Proven experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong ability to self organize and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to support an on-call rotation

Education/Certification Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- 5+ years of experience (may vary based on technical training, certification(s) or degree)
- Certification Required: 8570 compliant with a Security + certificate and Cloud
- Certification in representative cloud where work is performed (Azure or AWS)
