Model Based Systems Engineer

Overview

VTG is seeking a Senior MSBE Engineer to support our Navy customer in Riverdale, Maryland. This is a hybrid role.

What will you do?

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for secure data transmission and storage in a multi-level security setting
• Utilize MBSE methodologies to capture and analyze system requirements, functionality, and performance
• Engage in systems integration and testing to ensure compliance

Do you have what it takes?

• Must have two+ years of Combat System Analyst (with >2 years of analyst experience in one or more of the following domains: Weapon System Operation, Command and Control Systems, Integrated Air and Missile Defense Sensors, Integrated Air and Missile Defense Weapons, or applicable real-time and mission critical systems)
• Must have one year of system modeling experience
• Must have and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $95 ,000-$180,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
