Location: On-site at Fort Belvoir, VA (HQ), Battle Creek, MI, Columbus, OH, New Cumberland, PA, and/or Dayton, OH
Eiden Systems Consulting is seeking an IAM Analyst to support enterprise-level identity and access management across the DLA NIPR and SIPR environments. You will ensure proper account authorization, provisioning, and privileged access governance while maintaining system confidentiality, integrity, and availability in compliance with DoD 8570 and 8520.03. This role includes supporting mission-critical operations such as reservist account enablement, DCAA access, and security compliance reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage account creation, modification, revalidation, and deactivation using AMPS and validate non-AMPS access requests (SARR/DD2875).
Conduct privileged account revalidations, monthly certifications, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate token issuance, PIN resets, and revocations under DoD PKI guidelines.
Support DCAA users with SIPR token access and training.
Track token inventory and maintain compliance with required forms (DD 2841, DD 2842).
Monitor and resolve IAM tickets in ServiceNow, providing Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and collaboration with Directory Services and system administrators.
Generate reports for account validations, privileged user revalidations, and ad-hoc metrics as directed.
Ensure compliance with DoD 8570-8140 requirements, internal/external audits, and DLA/DoD IA policies.
Support reservist account enablement and deliver responsive customer service to DLA users across classified and unclassified networks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (or +4 years equivalent experience).
Active Secret clearance with IT-I (Tier 5/SSBI) eligibility.
IAM Level I baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
7+ years of IT or cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in DoD IAM operations.
Experience with AMPS, ServiceNow, Active Directory, PKI/Token Management, and DoD IAM policies.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting DLA IAM or similar DoD programs.
Familiarity with DoD Instruction 8520.03 and DLA AMPS.
Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
