Systems Engineer

Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Secret Clearance

This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Test & Integration Engineering: Perform hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
- Requirements Engineering: Document, analyze, and manage system-level requirements across the project lifecycle.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Use system modeling tools for simulations and design analysis to inform architecture decisions.
- Hardware-Systems Engineering: Support design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems and subsystems.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related field in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable timeframe after hire
- Tools & Methods:
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama)
- Knowledge of system modeling environments (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, SysML)
- Experience or exposure to Agile methodologies
- Location/Travel: On-site or travel requirements will be communicated based on project assignment
