The Housekeeping Supervisor will be based at one of three Amentum sites in Baghdad Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the BSG. This position will be responsible for performing housekeeping requirements, in addition to overseeing teams of Housekeepers. This position will report to the Senior Housing Supervisor. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not
necessarily all inclusive.
DUTIES:
o O&M contract (SAQMMA-12-D-0165).
o Request for Proposal (SAQMMA-12-R-0012-A001).
o C.4.S Turn Over (Make Ready) Crew.
o O&M Plan
o Quality Control Plan (QCP)
o Safety Plan and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
o U.S. Department of State (DOS) Safety, Health and Environmental Management (SHEM) and U.S. Office of Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies for custodial services, equipment, and materials.
REQUIRED:
Minimum Acceptable Experience Level: Two years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work effectively with multi-national staff and demanding customers.
Medical: Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required by Amentum and our customer for deployment to Iraq. Must maintain physical and dental requirements for duration of deployment.

WORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS:
This position may be in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120- 130 degrees Fahrenheit/50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running and 'duck & cover' during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk.

DUTIES:
- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.
- Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
- Supervise and schedule the daily work assignments of Foreign National (FN) and Local National (LN) housekeepers.
- Check the work of housekeeping staff for quality on a regular basis.
- Become proficient in the use and completion of work orders (WO) produced by Global Maintenance Management System (GMMS) or Work Orders for Windows (WOW)
- Assist tenants with minor service issues.
- Maintain records related to Make-Ready Status.
- Be aware of occupancy status in the managed units.
- Handle furniture, linen, or any other movement, and request replacements as needed.
- Submit and follow up on service orders relating to Make-Ready Services.
- Handle keys and ensure compliance with key control procedures.
- Adhere to all Department of State (DoS) and Amentum policies and regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), must be knowledgeable of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility.

- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of US Embassy Housekeeping services including
- Consumable items storage, use and replenishment.
- Trash and waste transport to designated collection points.
- Cleaning equipment use.
- Drive a service truck.
- Service Desk procedures.
- Logistics and warehousing procedures.
- Vehicle operations.
- Participate in equipment inventories.
- Develop and present training classes.
- Prepare and submit detailed purchase requests for housekeeping consumables.
- Prepare and submit reports on scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency WOs for the Senior Housing Supervisor
- Prepare additional reports and perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Housing Supervisor.
- Perform all additional duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIRED:
Minimum Acceptable Experience Level: Two years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work effectively with multi-national staff and demanding customers.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- None.
- Already possess a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or be able to obtain a favorable MRPT certification prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required certification level for the duration of the contract. Language Skills: Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements and to adhere and comply with safety, health, and security measures.

DESIRED:
- Previous out of home country experience is highly desirable and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions is a plus.
- Experience working with Amentum.
