Candidate will be a member of the Program Management Office, reporting to the Program Manager. Candidate will analyze solutions including required staffing and costs to implement and sustain, review solutions developed by other functional leads and make adjustments as required, present solution enhancements to internal and external clients, develop and explain use-cases and work closely with PMO team leads, engineering, and operational teams. Candidate will design no-fail logical and physical architecture enhancements and designs. Candidate will author technical RFI, RFP, ECP responses and identify materials required including writing technical solutions, cost estimation, staffing requirements.

- The architect is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the full lifecycle of products and services.
- Responsible for defining concepts of operations and the procedures and tools required to enable delivery of products and services.
- Conducts analysis of alternatives on a variety of solutions to determine the best solutions to support overall business goals and objectives.
Job Description:
- Supports business by developing technical and business solutions.
- Identify solutions based on business and technical criteria, analyzes alternatives based on trade space, and implements designs.
- Research current and emerging technologies aligning to customer technology roadmaps and process methodologies and proposing changes and tailoring existing solution where needed.
- Assess the system and business process architectures currently in place, works with technical and scheduling staff to recommend improvements during live operations with little to no downtime.
- Ensure technical teams deliver efficient and effective system solutions to support business goals and objectives.
- Develop, enhance and maintain established service design procedure and process by applying process frameworks and methodologies.
- Prepare and present test plans, technical presentations, and analyst briefings.
- Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives and conduct product recommendations related to software, platform and network configurations.
- Provides expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced colleagues.
- May serve as a task or project leader on multiple concurrent efforts. Planning for one while executing another without a direct report staff.
- Recognized as an industry leader in multiple technologies in a classified environment to include cloud, digital engineering, cybersecurity.
- Coordinate with technical vendors, and government agencies such as DAF, NSA, DISA and DCSA.
Minimal Qualifications to Be Considered:
- 15+ years of experience
- Candidates should have an active Top Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI .
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, similar discipline or equivalent experience.
- Significant knowledge of IL6+ cloud computing environments, digital engineering, software factory, VDI, cybersecurity (RMF, ATO processes), Cross Domain Solutions, Type-1 encryption, Commercial Ethernet Gateway and CSfC technologies.
Work Conditions:
- Remote (home office).
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
