We are searching for an experienced Senior Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program in New London, CT. This role provides critical test and program management support for the SSBN Columbia and Dreadnought Shipyard Installation Test Program. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with Navy leadership and technical experts to develop, document, and execute system-level tests, while applying deep knowledge of Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS), systems engineering, and test operations. This position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience and an active or recently held DoD security clearance.

What You'll Do
- Drive cross-functional collaboration as the primary liaison between the Strategic Weapons Project Officer, Navy program office, contractors, and internal teams
- Spearhead stakeholder engagement to shape and execute test program strategies, ensuring timely development, execution, and reporting
- Lead coordination of test documentation and local test team meetings to align objectives and ensure progress
- Facilitate shipyard installation testing by developing procedures, managing requirements, and executing system-level tests
- Monitor test metrics and proactively resolve issues impacting test performance or outcomes
- Manage configuration control and maintain accurate data related to test procedures and system interfaces
- Review and update technical documentation, specifications, and directives to ensure compliance with Navy standards
- Deliver technical insights and ensure data accuracy using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Cameo, MagicDraw, and SysML
- Develop and present program documentation, status updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership and external stakeholders
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in a related field from an ABET-accredited institution or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience supporting defense programs
- A DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. citizenship required) or above or recently held a clearance and remain in favorable statu
- Prior Navy SSBN and shipyard test environment experience
- Strong background in Strategic Weapons System (SWS) integration and subsystem verification for U.S. and U.K. platforms
- Knowledge with schedule development and evaluation
- Strong technical writing and documentation (Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills)
- Propose solutions to problems that may conceptually address materials, manpower and time necessary
- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with military and contractor personnel
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate among multi-contractor teams
- Experience defining and validating system and subsystem test requirements
- Skilled in planning and scheduling integration activities for military systems
- An ability to travel up to 25%
