Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Technical lead to integrate planning and execution of moderate to high complexity projects in support of the Advance Strategic Management team in Courtland, AL. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a strategic thinker and the ability to thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have project management experience in an Operations environment, with a strong background data analysis, project management tools and a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in project management.
• Proven experience in project planning and technical management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Strong project management skills, with ability to create project plans, manage resources, and ensure milestones are met
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Experience in high mix, low volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Proactive management style, with superior problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Lean/6 Sigma certification, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and methodologies
• Experience with digital tools and ability to leverage technology to drive business transformation

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
