Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time
Early Career Financial Analyst to join our team on the FBM program in Titusville, FL.

In this role, tasks will include, supporting a lead analyst with:

• Analysis of actual headcount and cost
• Development and delivery of both internal and external reporting
• Provide guidance to control account managers and program finance analysts
• Analyze variances and summarize for reporting to senior management and customers
• Utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) to
identify performance trends and forecasting
• Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or in a related discipline from an accredited college
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data.
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
• Coursework in data analysis or corporate finance
• Significant Excel Experience - macros, Power Query, V look ups, etc.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience working in a team environment
• Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements
• Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines.
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
