Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Program Integrator Level 3/4 to join our team supporting the International France program. The Program Integrator will work closely with Program Managers, Integration Product Teams (IPTs), and functional organizations to drive execution, ensure compliance, and support customer delivery commitments. This role is critical in enabling program success through disciplined planning, coordination, and integration across engineering, business management, and production. This position is located in Melbourne, FL requiring onsite support and due to the nature of the business, hybrid schedule is not available.

Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Program Integrator Level 3/4 to join our team supporting the International France program. This role is critical in enabling program success through disciplined planning, coordination, and integration across engineering, business management, and production. This position is located in Melbourne, FL requiring onsite support and due to the nature of the business, hybrid schedule is not available.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages program rhythm
- Serve as the integrator between senior MCD2 leadership, program management, engineering, and supply chain to ensure alignment of plans, schedules and deliverables
- Monitor and support key details associated with the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) to ensure alignment with contract deliverables
- Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, including variance analysis, ensuring schedule fidelity and metric compliance (SPI/CPI) and corrective action tracking associated with Earned Value Level 1 and Level 2 programs
- Track and drive closure of action items resulting from Program Management Reviews (PMRs), technical interchange meetings, and customer engagements
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and work with IPT leads to developing mitigation strategies
- Support direct interface with PAM-231, ensuring responsiveness to customer requests for technical or programmatic assistance
- Collaborate with French approved partners and government stakeholders to ensure alignment with the program scope and commitments
- Prepare materials for customer design reviews and integration events
- Ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman program management processes, sector policy, and contractional obligations
- The individual will integrate activities within the and across assigned programs to optimize performance
- Develops/maintains Program Definition Documents (PDDs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and other Program Management Plans (PMPs)
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, for intervention, and problem solving with project managers and functional managers
- Processes, Tools & Infrastructure; Risk & Opportunity Management; Requirements Management
- Staffing Integration; Earned Value Management to include being a Control Account Manager
- Program Reviews & Presentations; Milestones; Proposal Management; Dashboards / Metrics; Customer Engagement & Satisfaction; Issue Management; Action Items and Follow-through
- The individual will be a team lead to ensure the selected work is being completed based on the Government's prioritization of backlog
- They will interact weekly with Government counterparts on the team's progression

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience in program integration, project management, or engineering; or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in program integration, project management, or engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business
- Strong understanding of program planning, scheduling, and integration principles
- Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to brief senior leadership and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Project, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications for Principal Project Management
- Master's degree in Project Management
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Certified Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience in risk and opportunities to include track, mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities to protect schedule, cost, and performance
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, particularly PMA-231, or E-2D Advanced Hawkeye
- Program management Professional Certification
- Prior experience supporting international programs or Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal Project Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 8 years of experience in program integration, project management, or engineering; or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience in program integration, project management, or engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), former Cost Account Manager (CAM), Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Integrated Program Review System (IPRS), or government contracting
