Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a talented Publications Analyst to join our Proposals and Reports (P&R) organization. Our mission is to craft compliant graphics and documents that address our customers' complex challenges with engaging and effective materials tailored to their requirements. This role supports Northrop Grumman proposal teams and requires on-site support in Redondo Beach, CA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Publications Analyst, you will:
Candidates should have a background in graphic design, desktop publishing, marketing communications, or a related field. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is essential, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong project and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Design, format, and produce visually compelling proposal templates, documents, and related materials
- Conceptualize and create customer-focused graphics that highlight an offer's features, benefits, and differentiators
- Develop multiple deliverables such as proposal art, presentations, and documents
- Execute desktop publishing tasks such as positioning text and graphic elements, formatting properties (e.g., type size and style, column width, spacing), and conducting quality checks for document accuracy

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or 0 year of experience with a master's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, business administration, English, or journalism
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, with an emphasis on data visualization, document design, and presentation materials, demonstrating layout, composition, and general design concepts
- Adaptability and creativity in presenting extensive content in clean and effective designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support and/or lead within a team environment
- Ability to follow style guides and templates to maintain proposal and brand consistency
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs
- Willingness to work overtime/weekends
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and SCI program access
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret or SCI clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience in federal proposal development
