Peerless Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Management Support Specialist to provide coordination, reporting, and deliverable management services in support of C2ISR weapon system programs. The candidate will ensure all contract activities are properly executed and aligned with United States Air Force (USAF) and Intelligence Community (IC) regulations, maintaining compliance and operational security throughout program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide program management and administrative support for coordination of contract activities, reporting, and deliverables.
Support program security and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) functions to ensure compliance with Air Force and IC security policies.
Adhere to all applicable USAF and IC regulations, standards, and procedures governing program management and security operations.
Coordinate and manage activities such as site visits, program reviews, and other oversight events to maintain the program’s operational security posture.
Develop and submit weekly status updates through the contractor focal point for quality control and consolidation into a single report to the COR.
Provide recommendations for the protection of program information used in C2ISR weapon systems management.
Support the development and enhancement of the Program Protection Plan and Security Classification Guide (SCG).
Conduct security reviews of documentation and information packages, providing recommended classification levels and rationale.
Requirements
At least two years of expertise in IC IT security control documentation
At least five years leadership experience in IT environment
IAM Levell II Certification
Program Manager Professional Certification (PMP)
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
