GCP Architect/SME

Insight Global is actively hiring 3 Google Cloud Architect/SMEs to join our team supporting a newly awarded CMS Program. The Selected candidates can sit remotely and must have Senior to Expert level knowledge designing, engineering, and supporting enterprise level GCP environments. They will act as the technical experts regarding design and integration of the cloud solution, and support junior and mid level cloud engineers on the team.

Minimum job requirements inlcude:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on GCP infrastructure engineering or architecture experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Infrastructure in major public clouds or data center.
• Demonstrated success in operationalizing GCP in a large enterprise or federal environment.
• Strong expertise in:
o Terraform and automation frameworks
o GCP identity and access management (IAM)
o Networking (VPCs, VPN, Interconnect, DNS)
o Security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA)
• Experience working with or within federal agencies or regulated industries.
• Proven track record designing or migrating workloads to GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exact pay may vary on candidates level of experience, expertise, certifications and clearance, but we expect to pay 150K - 200K depending on the candidates background.
