Piper Companies is looking for a Business Development Manager to join a leading technology organization in a fully remote role to drive strategic channel programs, go-to-market initiatives, and partner incentive structures.
Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
• Design and execute channel GTM programs that boost partner engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to develop sales incentives and promotional campaigns.
• Create enablement assets and non-financial rewards (NFRs) to motivate partner performance.
• Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
• 1-3 years of experience in channel sales and GTM roles within a large tech organization.
• Proven success in creating and executing channel programs and sales incentives.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation models, channel incentives, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience working with GPO, FPRS, or similar channel program teams is highly desirable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Compensation/Benefits for the Business Development Manager:
• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave (as required by law), and Holidays.
