CACI is seeking a results-driven System Administrator to join the PGMM team-a program enabling planning, scheduling, and real-time situational awareness across a global user base. The team of 30+ professionals is distributed between Chantilly, VA, and Denver, CO, operating within an Agile SAFe framework across three development teams.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the PGMM system.
- Monitor system health, perform regular backups, and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Agile Team Collaboration:
- Work within a team of 30+ engineers supporting the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in weekly meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- External Integration:
- Collaborate with external development teams to integrate with external systems.
- Facilitate API management and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Technology Management:
- Administer and manage core technologies including Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Helm, Harbor, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab, Confluence, Jira, AWS, and Linux.
- Implement and maintain best practices for system administration and software engineering.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, issues, and improvements.
- Create and maintain user guides and troubleshooting documentation.
- Security Compliance:
- Ensure all systems comply with security standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end-users, resolving technical issues and queries.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
- Project Management:
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and updates.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or software engineering.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Desired:
- Certification related to systems administration (e.g., RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
- Proficient with core technologies mentioned above.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe.
