JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer- Conventional Prompt Strike

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer- Conventional Prompt Strike to work from their Pittsfield, MA facility. As a Systems Engineer on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software and systems solutions.
This Systems Engineer role may focus on one or more of the following areas:
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
- Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems
