As an OEM Vendor Manager , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of daily operational support for maintenance agreements and work closely with each Acquisition Office (AO) to coordinate support and agreement services. Key responsibilities include:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, effective administrative and organizational skills, effective people management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• US citizenship required

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an OEM Vendor Manager , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of daily operational support for maintenance agreements and work closely with each Acquisition Office (AO) to coordinate support and agreement services. Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating, managing, and monitoring program's maintenance and service agreements
- Conducting REL baseline analysis in compliance with CDRL requirements and customer needs
- Coordinating pricing and preparing quotes for asset Quote Packages throughout the Option Year, ensuring additional assets requested by government customers
- Tracking the End of Service Life (EOSL) for all OEM REL items
- Collaborating with GDIT Configuration Management on RFCs to provide COMM Cost sheets and cost estimates for budgetary review boards
- Providing "AD HOC" data analysis and research as requested by the AOs or GDIT customers
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
- May perform high level technical services on assigned task(s)
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
- Manages risk tracking process - Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
- Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
- Effective customer service skills to anticipate customer challenges
- Exposure to proposal/Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development
- Exposure to business and project strategies
- Establish and sustain an effective organizational structure
- May require professional certification(s) in one or more specific areas depending on job assignment
- Advanced knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures
- Understanding of financial management policies, processes, and procedures
- Awareness of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations
- Participates in special projects as required
