The Judge Group is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Controller 4 to support operations at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and effective maintenance and repair of aircraft, aircraft components, and ground support equipment.
As a Maintenance Controller 4, you will lead, plan, and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring all operations comply with established schedules, safety standards, and mission requirements.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, and manage aircraft, component, and equipment maintenance and repair activities.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust aircraft maintenance schedules based on operational needs.
- Coordinate and monitor requisitioning, receipt, and allocation of materials, tools, components, and support equipment.
- Track and document maintenance activity, ensuring accurate disposition of aircraft, components, and equipment maintenance data.
- Interface with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as a key Maintenance (Mx) Controller , responsible for real-time coordination of aircraft availability and status.
- Monitor and update maintenance systems daily, providing accurate data for decision-making and mission planning.
- Act as the central point of contact for maintenance status and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Applicable educational credentials or certifications from an accredited institution; or equivalent military/industry experience in maintenance control or aircraft maintenance.
- IMDS (Integrated Maintenance Data System) experience - essential for tracking maintenance actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word .
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Experience with military aircraft maintenance operations highly preferred.
- Security Clearance: Interim Secret clearance is required to start; Final clearance required post-start.
