What we're looking for:
- 3-5+ years' experience in the service industry
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills to enhance the customer experience
- Someone who aligns with our culture and values (honesty, respect, integrity, teamwork, quality, responsibility)
- Coachable and maintains a safety-first mindset
Technical Skills:
- CCTV, Intrusion, and Access Control troubleshooting & configuration (hardware, software, devices, wiring, etc.)
- Networking: replacing connectors, wire testing, subnetting, programming IPs, and basic networking commands
- Electronics: able to use a multimeter for testing; understands voltage, current, resistance (Ohm's Law), and relay operation
Key Manufacturers:
- CCTV: March Networks, Verint, OpenEye, Genetec, Eagle Eye
- Intrusion: DMP, Bosch, Honeywell
- Access Control: Brivo, S2, Lenel, Feenics, SoftwareHouse, Genetec
Certifications:
- Florida: FASA/BASA required
- General: OSHA 10 preferred
