Multiple CNO Roles (Entry to Senior Levels)

Our client is actively hiring for multiple Computer Network Operations (CNO) positions at various experience levels to support mission-critical software development efforts in Annapolis Junction, MD. These fully onsite roles contribute directly to high-impact cyber missions and involve hands-on work across the full software development lifecycle—including design, coding, testing, documentation, and reviews.

Opportunities exist for entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level CNO analysts/programmers. Early-career candidates will receive mentorship and skills development, while experienced engineers will take on greater technical responsibility, leadership, and mission ownership.

Key Responsibilities (vary by level)

Program in languages such as Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

Participate in or lead design, code, and readiness reviews.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mission-focused solutions.

Test, integrate, and validate software components.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and mission issues.

Follow government software development standards, secure coding practices, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph (required)

U.S. Citizenship (required)

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, Python)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in collaborative, high-performing teams

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

(Senior-level candidates should possess deeper technical expertise, broader mission understanding, and/or prior CNO experience.)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
Experience ranges from entry-level (0–1 years) to senior practitioners with extensive CNO, low-level programming, or mission software background
Internship or academic project experience welcomed for junior candidates
