Responsibilities and Duties:
- Executive Presentation Development: Create professional, visually engaging, and strategic PowerPoint decks to support executive decision making, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Meeting Support: Capture concise and accurate meeting notes, highlighting key decisions, action items, and discussion points to ensure team alignment.
- Project Documentation: Organize, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliverables, ensuring information is accessible and current for all team members.
- Workflow Coordination: Facilitate smooth project workflows by tracking tasks, deadlines, and dependencies, supporting timely and effective execution of project initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, delivering insights and updates with clarity.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in refining documentation, reporting, and presentation practices to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a project support role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a track record of designing executive-ready presentations.
- Strong skills in tools such as MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Comfortable using workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) for tracking deliverables and tasks.
- Familiarity with document and knowledge management best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and present information for executive audiences.
- Proactive problem-solver and team contributor.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within collaborative and fast-moving environments.
