Description:Primary Skill Domain: Integration and Test - Test Planning & Execution > Core

The JASSM AGM158-D Systems Integration and Test Engineer will support the planning and execution of development test activities. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting conduct of system and subsystem-level integration and testing
• Developing test documentation and review packages in support of testing to include test readiness review packages, test plans, procedures, and reports
• Support test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews
• Coordinating with program cross-functional representatives (e.g., Reliability, Software, Electrical, and Mechanical) to plan and execute testing
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with a technical engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Active SECRET security clearance
• Experience with JASSM hardware and software integration and testing
• Demonstrated ability to author test plans, procedures, reports and develop and present Test Readiness Reviews
• Awareness of security issues including protection of classified hardware and software, and software loading requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with electrical/mechanical/software engineers with minimal direction.
Desired Skills:
• PREFERRED that the employee's investigation is in scope (investigation performed within the past 5 years).
• Experience with missile environmental testing
• Experience in interfacing with software engineers, designers, production personnel, and suppliers
• Experience troubleshooting problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency
• Experience with test equipment management including function, calibration and security requirements
• Experience verifying that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately
• Experience with over-the-air RF testing

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
