What You Will Be Doing:
  • Collecting requirements from stakeholders and determining best implementation solution.
  • Scheduling/attending Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss/whiteboard design and implementation details.
  • Coordinating implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff.
  • Responding and resolving service outages, technical queries, and other system-related issues.
  • Installing firmware updates on physical hardware components (i.e. DellEMC, SANs, switches, etc.).
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance of Everfox/Forcepoint products.
  • Engineering, designing, and implementing HSG rulesets.
