Responsibilities

The customer requires an experienced Project or Systems Integrator (PI/SI) with a background in data management, policy, and compliance and familiarity with Intelligence Community data policies and procedures to support the component that oversees implementation of Intelligence Community and Agency data management policies. The SI/PI will support the customer by shepherding policies and regulations through Agency coordination processes, supporting efforts to update policy documents and training courses, communicate new requirements to the workforce, and track and monitor ongoing initiatives. The position requires multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities, assisting in the tracking of action items, identifying and understanding requirements, and supporting division-level communications. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports; design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership.
  • Engage and collaborate with mission-level data professionals to develop requirements and gather feedback on and coordinate drafts.
  • Support the facilitation and response to action items related to data policies and data management.
  • Assist in the identification and tracking of action items; tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordinating of project schedule(s), and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate meetings and information sessions with stakeholders and/or developers.
  • Assist the Customer with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Compose and maintain correspondence documentation-e.g., operating procedures, internal memoranda.
  • Coordinate with teams, as applicable, to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Review, including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and compose correspondence.
  • Ability to compose technical documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data.
  • Ability to work in Confluence; maintaining SOPs, organizational charts, and tracking administrator access.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position.
  • 15 years of experience.
  • 3 years' experience in the Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with data managers, policy officers, engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
