Position: Senior Future Multi-Domain Warfare Analyst

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Senior Future Multi-Domain Warfare Analyst to support a USSTRATCOM NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) mission support contract. The analyst will directly contribute to the USSTRATCOM J2 NC3 Intelligence Division's mission to assess adversary threats and capabilities affecting USSTRATCOM's Indications and Warning (I&W), Space/Counterspace, Electronic Warfare (EW), and overall situational awareness of threats to critical NC3 enterprise architecture, networks, and infrastructure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support all-source analytic assessments of current and long-term multi-domain (land, air, maritime, electromagnetic, space, nuclear) threats to NC3 operations, systems, networks, programs, and related infrastructure, intelligence, and industrial support.
  • Identify and assess adversary intent, capabilities, plans, employment strategies, and threat vectors across multiple domains.
  • Conduct detailed technical assessments of potential future multi-domain threats to the U.S. NC3 kill chain and the five mission-essential NC3 functions.

Position Requirements

Experience & Expertise
  • Over 10 years of experience researching, analyzing, and characterizing future multi-domain threats (land, air, maritime, electromagnetic, space, nuclear-excluding cyber) to international security and battlefield environments, including long-term forecasting of implications for command and control operations.
  • Over 10 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst producing finished intelligence derived from multiple intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOINT).
  • Demonstrated experience in intelligence analysis and production, including integrating all-source information into government-directed deliverables and finished intelligence.
  • Proven ability to author analytic products in accordance with current DIA tradecraft, standards, and formatting requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of IC/DIA analytic methodologies and product tradecraft.

Additional Required Experience (minimum 3 years):
  • Producing finished open-source or classified assessments.
  • Conducting complex search queries across IC databases (e.g., message traffic search engines), organizing research results to support analysis, and maintaining current research repositories.
