We are looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the contract and ensure the tasks and requirements contained within this PWS are accomplished efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the single point of contact for addressing contract issues, quality issues, and overall Contractor performance.
- Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative / Task Order (COR/COR-TO) to resolve any issues that may arise, trends relating to this contract, proposed changes, or modifications to this contract.
- Utilizes effective communications skills with all levels of management. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct contract support activities.
- Meets and confers with technical personnel regarding the status of specific contractor activities and problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution.
- Manges task and supervises personnel. Ensures that the team provides current information and information is accurate and directly related to subject matter.
- Understands and applies knowledge of the principles and methodologies associated with program management, contractor management, and financial management.
- Applies experience and knowledge in subcontractor management, quality assurance metrics and techniques, and configuration management tools.
- Ensures team and contract documentation is accurate, and complete with valid and supportable justification for recommended results. Transactions are accurately entered within scheduled timeframes.
- Ensures documents are professionally written, thorough, on schedule and represents valid information.
- Manages lines of effort to stay within schedules and quality of work meet or exceed acceptable quality level.
- Provides recommendations for execution strategies that are relevant and effective. Reports are accurate and complete.
- Other duties as assigned
- Functions as corporate assistant PM for multiple contracts
- BD back office support and support in continuing to build client relations
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience including a Bachelor's degree
- PMP certified
- A high degree of knowledge and skill to oversee the day-to-day activities, reporting, personnel hiring/removal, and government communication.
