Bennett Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, has an opening for a highly motivated Diversion Program Specialist (DPS) in support of federal law enforcement client in Seattle, Washington.

The successful candidate will have a solid outreach, planning and coordination background and will report to the Government manager for guidance on day-to-day direction and priorities. The DPS will use highly specialized outreach and coordination knowledge and skills to provide sound advice about a range of program activities through informal and formal reports, charts, outreach presentations, process recommendations, resource allocations and talking points. The DPS will identify resource requirements for events throughout a multi-state area for designated audiences to promote industry outreach and education effectiveness and efficiency; short and long-term needs; propose substantive improvements or enhancements; and ensure the optimal use of resources such as funding, staffing, overtime, group locations, and effective communication. The successful candidate will organize and develop outreach presentations and assist with presentations and outreach initiative logistics.This position will require travel as requested by the Government client.

The DPS will also perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides expert scholarly advice, and consultation to projects and professional co-workers.
  • Apply expert and highly specialized knowledge to gather facts, research and analyze data, and develop conclusions, recommendations and strategies.
  • Exhibits expertise in performing a specialized job, task or skill.
  • Possesses greater-than-normal expertise or insight relative to a particular technical or operational discipline, system, or process, and has been selected or appointed to use such expertise to solve a particular problem.
  • Assists project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in specialty areas.
  • Research, analyze, plan, organize, coordinate, and implement initiatives to facilitate relevant abuse awareness programs within the client's area of responsibility.
  • Provide information and develop cooperation with appropriate groups, local/regional representatives of national partnering organizations, the regulated community, and represented associations in the client's area of responsibility.
  • Assist in establishing client designated partnerships with representatives of local and state governments, law enforcement agencies, local/regional/national organizations, industry, and associations.
  • Support client in maintaining liaison partnerships to share and obtain information, form partnerships, and foster the commitment of resources to meet the client's goals.
  • Assess and recommend outreach and education initiatives to industry to more effectively address abuse awareness, issues and concerns.
  • Organize and avoid scheduling conflicts when planning training seminars, lectures, conferences, meetings, and activities relevant to education and outreach programs.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative assessments to determine related needs, priorities, and capabilities of the client.
  • Make substantive recommendations to client management about education, industry outreach strategies, program effectiveness, and recommend resource allocation.
  • Coordinates with client designated internal partners to coordinate conferences and other events.
  • Prepares requests for conferences/events, cost analysis, and prepares required reports.
  • Maintain key program information, identify potential resource needs, and submit projections.
  • Travel as required by the client for meetings, presentations, conferences and engagement opportunities in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations.

Position Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a scientific, technical or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience, culminating in current role as a senior technical/business professional who acts as an adviser in complex and critical client projects.


Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in manipulating data in Excel preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles for program needs.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, detail oriented, observant and ability to anticipate operational needs.
  • Excellent problem solver and able to handle difficult situations.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to conduct related research and assessment projects.
  • Skill in oral and written communication to effectively establish and maintain contacts, relationships, and partnerships.
  • Interact, coordinate, collaborate, and network with agencies and organizations to disseminate information, respond to inquiries, and provide details about initiatives.
  • Ability to clearly and respectfully provide information, education, and training.

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
