The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) Consultant to join our dynamic team on the Advanced Systems for Technical Research and Analysis (ASTRA) program. This role is pivotal in providing expert systems engineering and technical assistance for the implementation of AI/ML technologies within the intelligence community. The SETA Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and operation of advanced AI/ML solutions, contributing to the enhancement of decision-making processes and mission capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert systems engineering and technical assistance for the implementation and sustainment of AI/ML technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, AI/ML specialists, and cybersecurity experts, to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions.
• Offer technical advisory services to address complex challenges in AI/ML technology implementation within intelligence systems.
• Support the development and maintenance of next-generation analytic applications, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and technical standards.
• Contribute to the establishment of a SAFe Agile framework, streamlining development processes and improving collaboration across teams.
• Ensure compliance with data rights, security protections, and DIA and IC security guidelines and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in the Continuous Exploration and Continuous Delivery Pipeline processes, facilitating Solution Demos and Inspect and Adapt events.
• Work closely with Government stakeholders, customers, suppliers, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and Solution Trains to define and implement solution intent, architectural runway, and capability roadmaps
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 8 years in technical advisory roles for intelligence systems with a focus on emerging technologies.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Proven expertise in systems engineering and technical assistance for AI/ML technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, model development, and operationalization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desired:
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and implementations.
• Knowledge of security architecture, RMF compliance, and security engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based PaaS environments and DevSecOps integration practices.
