Summary

Mission Technologies, Cyber & Intelligence Team is seeking a motivated IT Specialist II to support a dynamic new initiative with one of our key clients-a leading force in strengthening the Department of Defense's cyberspace operations. This client plays a critical role in unifying cyber strategy, enhancing operational capabilities, and advancing cyber expertise across the DoD.

This role may involve a non-traditional work schedule. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and be prepared to work off-shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related discipline and five years experience or High School Diploma with six years of relevant experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology to include:
  • Establishing Video Teleconference (VTC).
  • Providing support to Emergency activities providing general situational awareness of the environment.
  • Performing routine and emergency actions and communications.
  • Performing routine and emergency actions critical to Operations center support including voice communication, message routing, and voice and video conference configuration and operation.
  • Providing maintenance, and controls of the systems that project on Knowledge Walls.
  • Scheduling and Operating VTC and POLYCOM Teleconference.
  • Identifying when equipment and infrastructure is fully operational, partially operational, or not operational.
  • Performing minor troubleshooting.
  • Initiating the appropriate notification procedures to address outages / degradations per relevant checklists, SOPs that specify these procedures including submitting trouble tickets #LI-SG1


Candidates Must be a US Citizen, due to the sensitivity of the work.

Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
