As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your technical and tactical expertise as you lead a team on projects for the Marine Corps. You'll provide intelligence and additional support activities to Marine Corps Intelligence School curriculum modernization efforts. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes related to the training of intelligence professionals. You'll oversee the work we do for the Marine Corps and the solutions we deliver for training and education.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in the Marine Corps intelligence field
- 10+ years of experience c ond ucting training of intelligence professionals
- 5+ years of experience managing, recruiting, and supervising a contracted workforce
- Ability to manage spend plans, coordinate procurements, and e nga ge with vendors
- Ability to interact with organizational and government leadership to deliver briefs and products that encompass operational and contract requirements
- Ability to use Micro sof t Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience at the Marine Corps Intelligence School
- Experience as an instructor or academics officer of a Marine Corps Formal School
- Knowledge of policies and directives asso cia ted with Marine Corps training and education
- TS / SCI clearance
