Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Network Design and Planning: Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, recommend strategic network planning and customer recommendations for network capacity and performance criteria.
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, and create economic deliverables such as Plans of Record, Forecasts, and Utility Agreements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation, generate reports, develop technical documentation, and create deliverables including Plans of Record, Forecasts, Serving Plans, Use Permits, Handoffs, Workprints, and Utility Agreements.
- Technical Proficiency and Leadership: Demonstrate sound technical knowledge, mentor peers and new hires, resolve complex problems, provide training, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Implementation and Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to accommodate network growth and change, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives, customer demand, technology changes, and service reliability criteria.
