What does this role look like?
We are seeking a Systems Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to support planning and execution of system, subsystem, and end-to-end test activities for space and ground mission programs. In this role, you will develop detailed test plans, procedures, scripts, and configurations, execute integration activities, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure test events align with program requirements and verification objectives.
• Support planning and execution of system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Develop verification strategies, test plans, and procedures aligned to program requirements.
• Support integration sequencing and readiness for test events.
• Participate in test execution, data analysis, and anomaly resolution.
• Document verification results and ensure closure of verification objectives.
• Support test readiness reviews and verification compliance reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related STEM discipline.
• Experience with systems integration, test planning, and test execution for hardware, software, or complex systems.
• Understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including verification planning and integration sequencing.
• Experience generating and executing test procedures, analyzing results, and documenting discrepancies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
• Hands-on experience with test equipment, instrumentation, labs, or simulation environments.
• Experience conducting functional, performance, environmental, or end-to-end tests.
• Knowledge of verification methodologies (e.g., analysis, test, inspection, demonstration).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation or data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
• Prior experience supporting satellite, spacecraft, ground control, communications, payload, or mission system testing.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
