Peerless is searching for a skilled Software Engineer to support Air Force Materiel Command’s Workflow Management Support Program (DSOR AMS). The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise in application design, configuration, debugging, and optimization for the automated workflow management tools that support DoD DSOR processes.
The successful candidate will support both new product development and enhancements to existing automated workflow systems. Responsibilities include improving product delivery and presentation, addressing software issues, and developing familiarity with program-specific operational needs. The engineer will utilize and support database applications and analytical tools to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality. Work includes creating, managing, and customizing SharePoint environments, low-code solutions, and Power Platform applications to meet mission requirements.
Requirements
8+ years of experience with SharePoint and software/low-code development.
3+ years SharePoint Site Collection Administration experience, including: Lists, Libraries, Permission models, and Page design
3+ years experience with Power Platform, including: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI
Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and VBA.
Experience with AgreeYa QuickApps or similar web application technologies.
Experience with DISA DEPS or similar technology platforms.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to obtain Confidential Clearance or pass a government background check (favorable NAC).
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) or DoD workflow systems.
Experience developing or maintaining automated workflow tools in a government environment.
Strong understanding of database-driven applications and enterprise-level automation.
