Role Overview
Join a dynamic IT infrastructure team supporting mission-critical systems in a secure SCIF environment. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and service desk technicians to ensure efficient endpoint management across a large enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment, including software packaging, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software deployment, patching failures, and OS imaging.
Drive automation and efficiency through PowerShell scripting.
Ensure systems remain secure, updated, and operational to support mission success.
Deploy and maintain thousands of endpoints using MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
Experience: 5+ years in endpoint management and system administration
Technical Skills:
MECM/SCCM proficiency in enterprise environments
OS deployment, task sequences, and application packaging
PowerShell scripting for automation
Familiarity with patching and compliance reporting tools
Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Intune and Autopilot (co-management)
Familiarity with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI)
ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102)
