Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Space Force - Interoperability Test Engineer - Secret position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will perform interoperability testing for SDA program systems as part of a cross-functional engineering team. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience. DoD Top Secret clearance is required at time of hire.

Responsibilities
- Perform interoperability testing for SDA program systems as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and integration of hardware and software components.
- Develop and implement test automation processes and tooling.
- Analyze network performance and signal processing for system validation.
- Document test results and provide technical leadership in resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related STEM field and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree plus 6 months of experience.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering principles.
- Ability to apply systems engineering concepts to testing and integration activities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with limited oversight.
Clearance Requirements
- Department of Defense Top Secret clearance required at time of hire.
- Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Skills
- Network experience (routing, analysis, signal processing).
- System testing and troubleshooting expertise.
- Test automation and tooling development.
- Hardware/software integration experience.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Python.
Workplace Options
- Fully remote, on-site, or hybrid.
- On-site work will be at the SDA team location in Scottsdale, AZ.
