Overview
Supports mission-critical defense electronics by resolving production and supplier issues through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and controlled engineering change implementation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve factory and supplier issues affecting defense hardware
- Conduct root-cause investigations on digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal electronics
- Drive Engineering Change Notices through formal configuration control boards using cPDM
- Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement initiatives
- Interface with suppliers and coordinate cross-functional technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting electronic hardware in production environments
- Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and hardware documentation
- Active Secret security clearance
Preferred
- Experience supporting Raytheon or similar defense programs
- CCA, RF, EO, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience
- Knowledge of SPC, configuration management, and production yield improvement
