Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
• Ensure the operationalization of AI/ML models, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI/ML processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data rights management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8 years of experience in AI/ML implementation.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML algorithms, model development, and operationalization.
• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance
Desired:
• Experience with microservices based, scalable architecture.
• Experience with delivery on AWS or equivalent service.
• Experience with delivery of services in hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructures.
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience with SAFe methodologies and agile program management.
